• Users must be 18 years or older (for females) and 21 years or older (for males) to register.

• You confirm that all information you provide is true, correct, and complete.

• The website reserves the right to verify, reject, or remove any profile without notice if any information is found false or misleading.

3. Registration and Membership

• Registration is free. Paid membership is optional.

• A one-time registration fee of ₹500 makes you an approved member for one year.

• Paid members can view profiles according to their selected plan:

  • ₹1,000 – View 10 profiles for 10 days

  • ₹3,000 – View 50 profiles for 30 days

• All payments are accepted only in cash or through PhonePe.

• Once payment is made, membership will be activated after confirmation by our team.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments made to OdiaMatrimony.in are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Please review our Refund Policy carefully before making any payment.

5. Privacy and Safety

• Your privacy is important to us.

• We do not publicly display user details such as photos or contact numbers without consent.

• Details are shared only after mutual interest and team verification.

• Misuse of any member’s personal data will lead to immediate account suspension and possible legal action.

6. Code of Conduct

Users must:

• Use the platform only for lawful, matrimonial purposes.

• Not post or share abusive, obscene, or offensive content.

• Not request money, gifts, or favors from other members.

• Not create fake or duplicate profiles.

Violation of these terms can result in permanent suspension of the account.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• OdiaMatrimony.in does not guarantee any marriage or match result.

• We only provide a platform for communication between interested individuals.

• We are not responsible for the accuracy of user information or for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from communication between members.

8. Termination of Membership

The website reserves the right to:

• Suspend or delete any account found violating these terms.

• Deny future access without refund or prior notice.

9. Modification of Terms
